1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cv999s ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cv999s website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services available at cv999s.app.

By accessing the cv999s platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site as a guest, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cv999s platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you must stop using the platform immediately and notify cv999s support.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on cv999s. This requirement is strictly enforced. cv999s applies identity verification (KYC) procedures to confirm the age of users, and any account where the user is found to be under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures. Online gaming at cv999s is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on cv999s. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds or pending withdrawals linked to duplicate accounts.

Your cv999s account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions using your account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of cv999s services — including deposits, withdrawals, sportsbook betting, and casino play — you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during sign-up.

During registration, you will be required to provide details including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

cv999s applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with industry standards. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as your National ID Card or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by cv999s's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cv999s account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, enabling any two-factor authentication options offered by the platform, and promptly notifying cv999s support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cv999s will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

You must keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your details change — including your contact mobile number, email address, or payment method details — you must update them in your account settings or contact cv999s support at [email protected] (plain text, not a link) promptly. cv999s cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the cv999s platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv999s supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cv999s cashier at the time of transaction. All deposited funds are credited to your BDT account balance and may be used for sportsbook betting or casino play immediately upon confirmation. cv999s does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed swiftly, typically within the timeframe displayed in the cashier at the time of request. cv999s reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value withdrawals or accounts where unusual activity has been detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.

A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all payment methods on cv999s. Current minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to periodic review. cv999s will communicate any material changes to withdrawal limits to registered users in advance where practicable.

All accounts on cv999s are denominated in BDT. Where a payment is initiated in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the rate available at the time of the transaction. cv999s is not responsible for any exchange rate losses, bank conversion fees, or discrepancies arising from currency conversion by your payment provider.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cv999s reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the account's BDT balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. You will be notified via your registered email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cv999s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin offers, cricket sportsbook odds boosts, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Independence Day, Victory Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the promotion in the cv999s promotions section.

Bonus funds credited to your cv999s account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are stated clearly in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is claimed. cv999s does not alter wagering requirements retrospectively after a bonus has been credited to an account.

Each promotional offer specifies the eligibility criteria that must be met to qualify. General eligibility conditions include: the account must be fully verified (KYC complete), the user must not be self-excluded, the user must be aged 18 or above, and the minimum qualifying deposit or stake specified in the offer must have been met. cv999s reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotion mechanics — is strictly prohibited. cv999s reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

cv999s reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already validly claimed by eligible users. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the cv999s promotions page.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv999s platform. Engaging in any prohibited behaviour may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, submitting falsified identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your cv999s account.
• Money laundering: Using the cv999s platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. cv999s maintains active transaction monitoring and will report suspected money laundering to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users on live dealer tables, poker games, or sportsbook betting to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on knowledge of fixed match outcomes, inside information obtained through illegal means, or any other corrupt practice in relation to sports or casino events offered on cv999s.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, conduct transactions, or interact with the cv999s platform without prior written authorisation from cv999s.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine transaction made on cv999s. Confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any associated losses.
• Misuse of responsible gaming tools: Applying for self-exclusion and then attempting to register a new account or continue accessing the platform during the exclusion period.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request the closure of your cv999s account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text). Before an account is closed, any remaining BDT balance (subject to wagering requirements where applicable) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

cv999s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; provision of false or misleading registration information; account inactivity beyond the dormancy threshold; or receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action.

During a suspension period, the affected user will be unable to log in, place bets, access the casino, or initiate deposits or withdrawals. Where a suspension is lifted following investigation, access will be restored and any held funds released. Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a Terms breach, cv999s reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where applicable, winnings generated through prohibited conduct.

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion from within their cv999s account settings or by requesting it via live chat support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, promotional communications from cv999s will be suspended. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv999s and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the cv999s platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; computer or device damage; or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

cv999s aims to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. cv999s will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, a malfunction of a casino game, or any other manifest error, cv999s reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account. cv999s is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or during a documented technical malfunction. Users who are aware of an error and continue to exploit it will be subject to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.

Casino games and sportsbook data on cv999s are provided by third-party game studios and data providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. cv999s is not responsible for defects, errors, or malfunctions in third-party game software, provided that cv999s takes reasonable steps to partner only with certified and reputable providers.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable principles of law.
